Big Girl Bed!

It's official...Kendra now has her own big girl bed. Her and Colin are sharing a room and they are very excited!!

Vocab...and more vocab!

Kendra continues to wow us with her vocabulary and her full sentences. She usually uses her tenses correctly too. It is so amazing to listen to her talk and wonder where she picked it all up from and when she changed from a toddler to a little girl. On the way home today, she said "Mom, when it rains outside, we're gonna have to put our umbrellas over our heads". Along with this gift of speech...she is also becoming a very skilled negotiator!

Santa Came While we were gone!

He filled our stockings with treats and toys....as requested...A pink cupcake & a Superman suit...and also a pirate ship and barbie washer and dryer! And maybe the most exciting gift of all, the kids each got their very own chapstick!!!! :)

Santa - first timers!!!

The kids were SO excited to see santa. Colin (of course) had SO many questions for him....where were his reindeer, how did he land without snow on the ground....it was very cute. Official Santa wishes: Colin - a flying suit (to which santa responded by looking at us and chuckling!) and Kendra - cupcakes!

Xmas Parade!!

Tis' the season...for a freezin' parade :) Colin and Kendra had a blast at the xmas parade. We had front row seats and there was even dancing by the end of night!

Big Girl!

Yes..this is a bowl full of jellybeans! We had a momentous weekend at our house - Kendra decided to start doing #2 in the potty so we got to go out shopping for her first big girl underwear. She picked out Minnie Mouse. She is very excited (almost as much as we are) and is doing awesome!!

Pumkin Patch!

Beautiful weather again for the pumpkin patch...Colin was so excited to go with Jayna and Lily again. Both kids found their perfect pumpkins...Kendra wanted the small funny shaped one that she could carry herself and Colin wanted the huge one with the biggest stem!

Budding football star!

We played football at the hotel each night and apparently we were quite the entertainment for the dinner crowd in the room behind. almost everyone we saw commented on how good Colin was...he can throw quite the spiral...much better than me (who am I kidding, I can't even throw one!) He is fun to watch!
