Trick-or-Treat!

Froggie!! Colin figured out the trick-or-treat thing pretty quick. He looked for the bowl of candy, reached in for as many pieces as he could grab, and then dumped them into his pumkpin bag...it was adorable! He had a good time and we all enjoyed the warm weather!

Apple Picking!!

We went apple picking in Door County. We had to make sure Colin had two apples in his hands at all times so he didn't pick up the rotten ones off the ground..yum!! He had fun shaking the trees and surprised us when he just started munching on the apples since he's never had a hard apple before!

A Colin sized Hay-Maze!!

Our Little Cherry is Getting Bigger!

We also learned that he is a cherry picker like mom! Colin got to try cherry pancakes for the first time, but he didn't want anything to do with the pancake he just picked out all the cherries!!

Washington Island

We took a 30 minute ferry ride over to Washington Island. Colin did really well on the ride. He liked the rumble of the engines and had fun waving to all of the other people on board!
We stopped at an animal farm and Colin got to feed a donkey & goats. He also got to see ostriches, a camel, horses, and chickens...he had a blast!!

This all white limestone beach is one of only 5 in the world...it was breathtaking!!! The water was crystal clear and the stones were soft and smooth.

Nice day for the beach!!!

We headed up to Door County for a little mini-vacation...it was a bit chilly...hence the winter coats...but we had a great time! We spent the afternoon at Whitefish Dunes State Park. Colin did amazingly well walking on the sand and had fun playing on the beach.
