Mr. baseball

Colin is really into baseball right now. He had a blast at the TimberRattlers game and loves to go out back and practice.

Girls Afternoon!

Kendra and I snuck out early Friday afternoon and went on a special girls trip to the zoo and then out for ice cream. She loved the train ride and especially loved getting to pet a baby bobcat. She was scared of the tigers and bears...every time they looked at her, she started crying....the petting area was much more up her alley!

Packers Pre-Season

With all her bumps and bruises, Kendra would be much better suited as a football player than a cheerleader!

Colin loves to run around in circles in the basement with his friend Hooper!

Wet, but Spirited!!

After taking shelter from a crazy thunderstorm, we got to rock out to an intimate Mark Schultz concert for Extreme Makeover Home Edition. He was awesome!

Weekend Fun!

The kids got to spend a day with the boys while the girls went out for a massage and movie and a then a day with the girls while the boys went to the PGA championships...I think they made out okay....pool time, a baseball game, the zoo, playing at the park, baking....I think they were worn out by the end of the weekend!

The Science Center!

The kids had a great time at the Des Moines science center with their cousins....the bit hit was the rocket launcher...even Kendra marched right up to the front of the line, climbed up on the stool, and launched her own rocket (does that surprise anyone?)

Iowa Trip

Great to see family and friends and celebrate Colin's 3rd birthday!
